MELT is a gentle self-treatment approach that uses specialized soft rollers and small MELT balls that are designed to relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. The technique enhances mobility, stability and performance. The MELT Method is the perfect complement to body work, yoga and all exercise practices.

 

Cynthia is a certified MELT instructor and can't wait to share these accessible techniques with you!
