CHAGRIN YOGA

I teach frequently at Chagrin Yoga in Chagrin Falls it personally is the space that I grew into becoming a yoga teacher. I offer workshops and yoga here. If you can't get to the studio my classes are streamed virtually as well.

MANDEL JCC

I teach one class a week here and it is located in Beachwood Ohio. You do need a JCC membership to attend. I attended my very first yoga class here 18 years ago and it is a very welcoming space.
